Terrible customer service. Staff were very unhelpful and unprofessional.Avoid at all costs. Daylight robbery.Never again.I made an order and within a few hours (before it went into production) I cancelled it as no longer required the product. I was later informed that the order went into ‘automatic’ production. This is not an acceptable approach given I cancelled it before it was produced.Every time I emailed the customer service team I kept getting the same response, incidentally aligning with what is written in the response to this email. And no I don’t need any more help. I now have a crappy bit of glass that I don’t need.
Very slow service, only way to contact them is through online chat, extremely rude staff, indifferent to customers enquiries. I would never use them in future projects. I only gave 1 star because zero stars is not an option.Check out the reviews on yell.com.

Ordered a glass digital print splashback. When came to payment I stopped as lots of caveats to the order re 'Quality may be different from what you see as to what you get'.Before completing purchase I double checked the image it should look like and customer images in the gallery and was satisfied it would be ok.Received order and the image resolution was poor and washed out and didn't look much like what I thought I was going to get.Initial contact was good as they stated variations can happen due to being viewed on different devices, larger splashback etc so they took the time to reprint another and stated it was the same (they compared a new printed splashback against my photos...which technically could have the same caveats they applied to me).With this they basically stated I acknowledged the terms and what would I like to do.I asked ideally for a refund due to being mis sold.From this point all contact was dropped and I'm now stuck with an unusable and expensive piece of glass.
I am very pleased with the splash back I purchased. It was extremely well packed with the corners well protected. The quality is excellent and the low modular silicone worked well. Happy to recommend.

Excellent company we sent them a picture of what we would like on our splashback and when it arrived it was perfect. Also it arrived exactly when they said it would I would highly recommend this company
